what do you mean by get banned? How can I get banned for getting hidden link? Can you plz explain?

hidden links is part of black hat technique which.. A method which is prohibited by search engines... There are lots of good techniques around..So why learn that kind...

I must advice you not to do this black one! It would hurt you but not help you in your SERP OR PR. Keep away from this idea!

Yah its surely not recommended, not to mention there is so many other white hat tactic you can use to benefit your sites seo.

If your looking to build links to your website I would recommend doing Article, Blog, forum posts that all relate to your website. And if you do a search you can also find some manual link building software out there that willl help you in your link building ventures.

Once your website has penalized or banned by Google because of Hidden Text, you can't gain more traffic from Yahoo and MSN unlike in Google.
