Yeah it is possible if low traffic has good page rank like 5-7. I know some sites do this

if your site has nice page rank and you want to sell them so easily you can do that..
otherwise after some struggle finely you surely can sell it...

There are two reasons people by links. One is for targetted traffic, the other is for search engine rankings. Obviously if you have low traffic the former is not going to be your selling point. If you can help webmasters rank then they may want to buy links from you no matter your traffic. Be careful with this though because if you are caught you may lose your trust ranking and no longer benefit from link sales.

The huge thing often missed about stuff like this, is that it really all depends on how targeted your traffic is. If it's highly focused on a very specific group, then it's well worth the money

I have lower traffic on my site say 150+ visitors still ia m getting good income by adsense , but you should work hard to do any ad campaign to get more and more traffic to your site.
