Question regarding Wordpress Theme based website submission in Css Directory.

Someone told me that if i am using a free theme of wordpress on my website then CSS Directories will not accept them while submission. Is that true?

May be its true, because your site does not present original design.

It can be true cause now a days the search engines looks for original content instead of copied content and as free themes are equal to copied theme that will not be accepted. Normally Google never ever will accept it.
