I have read on many seo training site that no-follow link have not any importance then why we waste our time to get no-follow links.

No Follow links probably is one of the most discussed and controversial HTML attribute of the web. Everything remain the same, the only different no follow link does not pass PR link juice. most of the high PR site implement no follow link, although they are no follow but still generate traffic.
