First check the website is it allow user to submit content, link or check that another user submit link on this site. You analyze this site.

You simply find a plugin at firefox and chrome, search seo plugin > select those plugin to check do follow link.

I think no website or software can help you to find do follow blogs or backlinks.To find do follow backlinks you will need to spend time and perform this work manually if you want to get quality backlinks.

You can use Quirk search status toolbar to check no follow links. It automatically highlights no-follow links on page.
