I think the keyword you chose doesn't match with your sites content and the keyword's density is less or more than the required percentage.

How you know the targeted url does not cache by search engine. Out rank at search engine does not mean the site is not cache.

Submit a sitemap to webmaster may help page caching, sitemap help search engine recognize number of pages available in the particular site.

First of all keyword cache is not a right word,you can say webpage cache.There is a meantime for every webpage for its caching.Quality content,sharing on top social bookmarking sites and links from old indexed websites can help you to cache that webpage.
