    Thanks this information is useful for me. I also did some work and was not paid for it. If I find him using my articles over the web I will sue him...

    Do you know what type of proof you will need that it is your own? Is being the original submission in Google enough or do you need something more?

    That's a very good template. It's also important to check the hosting company's Terms and Conditions, some have specific requirements on how to submit DCMA complaints (i.e. only via mail, to a specific email address, etc.)
