Logo I made for my hairdressers, not sure if I should call it finished or not.
I try to keep it simple and pretty at the same time, it'll be used as postcard and large poster.

the logo itself and the rest a poster? Would be better to see the logo in plain black with white background - as if it doesn't work in B&W you know it'll fail as a colored logo too.

As a logo I don't like it as it doesn't represent what the business does, I'd never guess it was a salon as it hasn't got any references no matter how small to any kind of salon. Also I feel there are too many fonts used, especially as they don't work too well together. I don't find them too professional either as fonts.

Well yesterday I went to my hairdressers to show it, and talked about how it would look like on a small business card, but she said her current one would do as small card, and she'd use this as poster / advert sign.
Also I did want to put some pictures of people with nice hair on it at first, but she said she preferred no pictures in it :/

As an advertisement, it doesn't do it's job. As a logo....well I don't really understand how this is a logo at all.
