Get Cinema 4D and get tuts for it..You could bring this easily if u have the skills for it.

The one problem I see is that the direction of the water on the right side of the street is coming toward the middle of the street. This is a problem because roads are curved to be lower on the sides, meaning the water should be moving the other way.
