It can find you hundreds user searched keywords, based on actual search volume. You can clean them, group them, and obtain clear relevant lists of keywords saving a lot of time, also you can see what keywords your competitors used lately, without them knowing of course. I think you should have a deep understanding for your niches firstly then use your brain stormed keywords in some nice keywords tool like Google adwords keyword tool and find your own money keywords. Another nice way would be analyze your main competitors' sites and find what they use in there title tags.
