Need help for my Joomla

I need help from someone that have experience in joomla (joomla's user).
Is here exist extension for joomla that can redirect our joomla frontpage?
for example if someone access our website they wll see welcome message like "Welcome to Our Site -- Loading 55%" and if that loading goes to 100% it will redirected to our frontpage that full content and template looks.
can someone give me clue about it?

If I understand you correctly you should be able to do this with your Host not your Joomla admin.

Is Joomla seems like wordpress site? What's the difference between this two in terms of this functionality?
