The collection of the templates for joomla content management system there are lots of availabe in joomla24.com, in this website there are more than 1700 joomla layouts. Most of the templates are free, but some are review for paid joomla templates.

Templates were good as far as 2008 is concerned but now you may find better quality templates free of cost.There are hundreds of templates which you may find free of cost.You can get it from template monster or here as well
