I haven't used version 1.5 yet so I am not sure if my experiences are still correct, but here we go :

1.This is the top menu, you can edit its content via Menu => topmenu and its name via Modules => Site Modules
2.This is the Newsflash : Content => Content by Section => Newsflashes => <Insert what you want to manage here>
3.The Main Menu : Menu => Main menu (To edit content inside), please note that the first link lead to the frontpage (In your case, it is named "Home") cannot be removed (It also means you can't remove this menu as well). Or Modules => Site Modules (To edit its name, setting, etc...).
4.Another menu, works the same way with the main menu but it can be removed.
5.The Login Form : Can be renamed (or even removed) via Modules => Site modules
6,7 and 8. They can be editted via the Modules Page (Look for their names in that page,it is not really hard).
10, 11 and 12. I don't remember what they are called but they can be removed vis Mambots or Modules Pages.
    13. The Joomla copyright, you can change it to what you want by editting some of the last lines of code in you template's index.php page via Site => Template Manager => Site Templates => choose current template => Edit HTML.
You may find another way to edit this copyright if you search around (Like editting includes/version.php) but I believe editting index.php is the best option and will not give you any error if your site is in another language. And also it is a lot easier :smile2:

Hope this helps you out, please reply if anything I said is wrong or you still have problem with those :smile2:
