i used to write articles on helium, which is a service that basically pays you a small portion of the ads that people click while viewing your articles. many of my articles were in 1st place for their categories (they have a ranking system), but still i only made about a dollar for a whole two months!!!

it was fun while it lasted..

my brother spends LOADS of time writing articles for helium. if you have like 1k articles you can make decent money but...you can make much more if you became a publisher for other article submission sites like about.com

there would be many more sites like helium, you should submit your article on other sites also to increase your revenue.
