Which is the best marketing tactics?

In my own experiences, niche relative would be the essential for successful on all above 3 channels. I would like to say social networking and social bookmarking would usually be more effective for marketing purpose.

Find traffic or directly at the most crowded place such as facebook, twitter, squid...

All of them can be very useful if you know how to applies them. But I actually prefer forum marketing if you had have twitter in those I had tell twitter.
