I have been using team-lab, and trust me it has loads of features beside time tracking. You can upload documents, time sheets and every other thing you outsource your work for.. i think it is definitely worth a try!

Just checked and team lab is certainly looking promising. Is it free to use? the best part is that you can form a proper team and manage all your workers in it and load individual documents too..!
