How much does somebody in marketing and advertising make?

Say if I were to be in the graphical side of marketing and advertising, how much do you think my salary would be? Just based off of the averages.

That's like asking "How long is a piece of string?" It can vary so much that you'll get answers all over the board. It has to do a lot with how hard you work and what sort of projects you get hired to do. I recommend that you figure what you are worth and then start charging that price. If you get it, you were right, if not, you may have over-priced yourself or people are just cheap.

I think the starting package they would decide as how much capability the interviewer has been decided in a candidate, they would require for that decided package. Another thing all the future happening would be decide on your capability, your work performance and your assigned project handling ability. Everyone know his worth very well and can evaluate itself the right value of him/her in the market, so you will decide the offering package is right according to you or not.

Just starting out, I would guess around $35,000 on average. The way to make money in advertising and marketing is to win the big awards and work on the big accounts. Most people hop from shop to shop and gradually increase their salary the more years they work.

It depends on your skills. In industry, there is no bar for salary for the right candidate. So, don't worry.

It all depends on your abilities, skills and knowledge. No one can give any approximate figure of your earnings. A sixteen years old Indian guy, Gurubaksh Chahal made an advertising company and sold that in 10million USD in just three years but as you know there are millions of teens who do not earn a single penny.
