New Webmaster need help

Hello, I recently opened a site about a month ago, I get about 10,000 unique visitors a day with over 45,000 page views per day.
Im fairly new to this so I do not know about making money so much, I want to start charging for the placement of ads but don't know how much to charge with those numbers per day/week/month.. Can someone help me out here?

Also what is the best way to find advertisers (That is not an agency type of website) I mean like Forums etc. where I can post my ad spaces available.. I have not found good results with google thank you.

I would recommend adding some adverts in the Blogs, Events, and classifieds sections.

I would also look into adding full page view advertisements as this seems to work well especially in your niche.

If its adult site then try black label ads.
CPC and CPM ads do not pay much for an adult site.
Try to promote some affiliate offers.

The only adsense like ads system that I know can be placed on adults is black label ads. Can try it out.

If you intend to put ads on your own, calculate the charges by cost per thousand impressions, usually $1 - $2 per 1000 page views.

I would just use a advertising network like Google adsense and just go to forums where you can offer ad spots, trust me there's tons of people who will buy if you know where to advertise.

10,000 unique visitors in a month sounds not organic traffic. Anyway, you can use ppc if you really want to advertise your product.
