There are 2 or 3 plugins for wordpress that will fill your blog with rss data and even a free one that will pull from amazon for you. If you want these, simply go to wordpress' homepage or your admin panel in wordpress and search for rss feed plugin or wp-o-matic.

The robot plugin will work, but it is far from free!

I would search for the amazon autoposter and the free wp-o-matic if you want to automate your site with out dropping money.
