bux.to is an old PTC sites that many people now is claiming them as scam. It is because there are many pending payment from them, some even waited for more than 9 months to 1 year for their merely $10 payout. I advice not to try this out.

Obviously yes, working with PTC sites is gambling now. You won't know when a PTC site will stop paying. Even a PTC site that pay you first time before, will not guarantee them to pay you second time. Futhermore working with PTC sites take too much time to earn too little money. It is only for beginner who just started to venture in online money making.
