Yahoo Answers as a marketing tool?

I've heard that you can have some success with answering questions there on drawing traffic to your website. Has anyone put in any real effort to attempting this? I believe like anywhere else if you can establish yourself as an expert, then the traffic will follow from wherever you're posting.

But is Yahoo Answers not designed more for kids/teens? I want to draw someone that has more than pocket money to spend, preferably.

Very few people are now getting traffic from yahoo answers marketing. I have tried it too, initially it was too good but now i am not getting lots of visitors.
