How about making a general directory ?

The general script would be free by phpld. And I need to pay for hosting and domain, that wouldn't be much. And What would be my returns if I offer general submission for free and premium with $5?

Like I answered your other question on Directories. There are too many as there is. They don't last long and not managed properly. This is why links from them are near worthless. They are just like spam. People create these just to sell for a quick buck.

Directories are ten a penny these days. Spike is right, directories come and go. In terms of PR link value is not great, and traffic is poor also (if any traffic). If you want to charge for submission to the directory it really needs to be very good, unique, and not bulk standard.
