In my opinion, Facebook and Twitter are the best social tools from the choice you have given to the members.

But the main thing to get the targeted visitors on your site, you should also focus to increase your followers and the fans in your both accounts as much as more followers and fans you would add in your profile, the more traffic and exposure you will get.

Another thing there are various features and functionality provided to the users and that helps a lot.

In my own experiences, facebook and twitter would be better for traffic purpose if only you have an attractive profile page and enough followers there. Also, Myspace would more helpful for back linking purpose, IMO.

If you have the time it can be beneficial to have all three, Facebook, Myspace and Twitter, but be realistic. None of them will help you if you don't have the time to maintain them.

It's better to use facebook and twitter. Myspace lately gives me no traffic at all. The only good with myspace is that give fast indexing of it's links to your site. Also myspace has dofollow links. I use about 8 social for my business. All of them might give you traffic if you have done good promotion and good search engine optimization. If not? Everything seems useless.
