You can use the Yahoo Site Explorer you will see all your backlinks immediately otherwise just search google for a backlinkchecker, there are quite a lot.

You can search in Google using this keyword :

link:yoursite.com

This will show backlinks to your site.

If you want to see nofollow backlinks also then you can use yahoo siteexplorer from here:

There are so many tools available to check the backlinks of your website but i mostly used i web tool for check the backlinks. Its absolutely free & best for check the backlinks.

you can use backlinkwatch to check your backlinks it will not only give you the numbers but the amount of backlinks coming from a particular site you are linking to and they also will tell you if the site you are linking to is a dofollow blog

yeah , The search will show very less links but those link are the main links giving your site the value you are getting.
To see a little more links you can see it from Google webmasters tools account.
