Meta Tags in CSS file?

Is it possible to include Meta Tags in my CSS File?

Because if include them in my HTML like I normally would do for various websites it doesnt find the domain name on the search engines it finds the folder on my hosting and shows that on the search results.

Include meta to CSS file is not possible, because css cant read html code. A site domain is not show up at search engine, it is because the site is less relevant or less important compare to others. By improving quality backlink and content it may help search engine indexing.

You cannot put any meta information within a CSS file, you can only put those in the head of the html markup.

No in meta tags you can not add css files.It should be outside meta tags. .
