Concerns the HTML closing tag

The effectiveness of the design I created a Web page, never involved in the termination check </ head> tags are seen as an optional thing when you actually create the HTML. I created a website, as if I have missed many opportunities for the entire design problem, or believe. Yes, I'm very supportive about to flow off the code overloaded. I recently heard that there are many good effects for the entire problem to get a better chance of being indexed by search engines and directories so that the major sites. Is this totally true? Valid code is always seen as a good thing by google. As a web developer you should be writing valid code anyway.

Well structure is more easy to index by search engine, without proper closing tag, sometime it will mixed up text content. Secondly proper structure content also easy for anyone to rectify problem code.
