If you would like to create a html/css based navigation bar, just take a look at http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/ where you can find several menu designs with their appropriate html and css code. There are some really good designs (I like the "Rollover lists", "ProjectSeven's Uberlist" and "Eric Meyer's Strengthening the links")

lol... i used to use that website in the past
now I try to make my own navigation... it's kinda difficult to me... the navigation is the most important part of a website, together with the content... At the moment I really like the navigations in the form of tabs. Not so difficult to make and looks professional to me
