For php tutorials, i would suggest www.scriptschools.com, www.php.net, www.phpfreaks.com. That's all I can think of right now. These are great tutorials, and if you read them and follow them carefully, you'll become a great webmaster eventually. As for html, i would suggest http://www.htmlgoodies.com/

Oh yes, this one helps a lot. I learned a lot of css and html stuff there...and it comes in handy a lot
Also, I highly reccommend www.dynamicdrive.com and www.cssdrive.com, with ton of javascript and css examples/scripts available for you to use. I use a lot of these on my website
