Thread: Quick Mask Mode in PS

  1. #1

Default Quick Mask Mode in PS

Ok. I'm getting aggrivated. I'm trying to use Edit in Quick Mask Mode to select a subject, invert the selection, then blur the background. The last time I used this method, it worked perfectly. NOW, when I'm trying to do it, it's selecting the whole freakin image (when I go from Edit in QMM to Edit in Standard Mode) instead of what I highlighted in Edit in QMM. I'm ready to kick this computer!

Make sure the layer is not locked
The image is RGB + 8Bit

Yeah, the layer isn't locked and is RGB. I'm not sure about the 8Bit part though... Where can I check that?
