I will start learn designing Which version of Photoshop is better for me? I do not know designing.

If you are starting that basic version of Photoshop would be good. Or if for personal gain, just get Photoshop Elements.

a good start ..... I have also started the same way .... and if it is advanced ... you can adopt for several applications in photoshop
