I designed logo for game site.
I tried to make a high quality job , and that it fits a game site.

What do you think about it?

Actually the logo is composed from the burning text you attached and the cute hippo.
Can you please explain why you don't like it? I think it is perfect for arcade site.

You can use other games sites as reference for logo design. Actually it looks like your logo reminds me of the '90s homepage logos.

What exactly do you mean by "the '90s homepage logos"?
What should I change to make it modern in your perspective?

I like the hippo but the text could do with some more work. I would ditch the drop shadow, use a bolder/fatter font maybe something like impact and use a black stroke.

The hippo is Average, Maybe something like seasonal instead of an animal, Definitely change of colours and Font.

I you suggested, I replaced the font of the text.
It is now thicker and fits a game site's logo.

Do you like it now?

I like your logo and the hippo is looking fine but the text next to it needs a bit more work. Actually it needs some flashing colors.
