Just thought you guys might be interested to check out this payment processor that's based in Thailand. You can fund your e-gold through this using bank transfer, credit cards and even paypal etc. With EMO down and AlertPay temporary disabling credit card fundings, funding your e-gold might be a problem for you. If that's the case, check this one out.

Of course, you still need to go through the certification/verification process like any other processors, but at least they are fast! I did their 'Basic Verification' and was verified in just a couple of hours!! :gear_cool2:

Funding using CC is the most convenient and quickest and easiest way for the people living overseas, like myself. Anyway, AsianPay doesn't allow charge back.

I have just(about an hour ago) submitted the documents needed for them to certify my credit card. And now, I received this email:

Dear XXX,

We are pleased to inform you that your account has been certified.

At the present time we have already upgraded your account to Basic Level.

We just sent to you by airmail a registered letter including your Certification PIN code.
It could take 1 to 2 weeks for this letter to reach your registered postal address.

As soon as you'll receive it just log into your AsianPay account and insert the enclosed PIN code.
Your account will be automatically upgraded to the final Certified Status, your Card use will be approved and your US$ 4.95 certification deposit will be credited to your balance.

They are really efficient in handling our accounts, I must say.
AlertPay still have not verify my account since I sent the required document to them 1 month ago.
AsianPay is far more efficient than them!

Not that I know of.... I just use AsianPay to fund my e-gold.

Q2) Also i dont see any benefits in opening an account if one lives in North America. Might be good for Asians but what Benefits are there, for North Americans using that system at all?



1. Chargebacks: they occur for 2 reasons. Undelivered products or services ( in this case the chargeback is requested from the buyer to the Credit card Company ) Fraudolent transactions ( in this case is processe automatically from the card Company).

Why AsianPay is different:

A - Our verification system is maybe a little bit heavy, but ensure a high percentage of real Credit cards owners.
B - The authorization form for the Credit card advanced services makes us completely different from PayPal first because our Customers agree to use Credit Card for a service that can not be charged back, second because we do not process Credit Cards directly for the purchase, but our members first have to deposit money and then they process the purchase online from another member web sites. Someone could think this is the same as PayPal but is not..PayPal ( and Stormpay also ) they process the full transaction in one time only. AsianPay process two completely different transactions one to top up the account and then the one for the purchase of goods or services.
C- All the Credit Card deposits will result pending verification...this protect both buyers and sellers, and the status of the deposit will be changed only manually from our staff....this protect both buyers and sellers. And this protection come from our 2 balances, that no other payment processors use...

The first reason why Stormpay makes a lot of problems is that when someone purchase goods or services from you, you do not know, nor your IPN server side script knows, if the buyer is verified or not, PayPal instead do not hold the transaction if the buyer doesn't have any amount available in the balance and use directly a credit card......in a few words they do not offer nothing different from any gateway that process your Credit card, but can reverse or chargeback the transaction at any time....Instead, if an AsianPay member, with no balance available, will deposit by Credit card, the money will go only in the ledger balance as a pending transaction..the buyer will be able to process a purchase anyway with that money, but also this transaction will stay pending until the Credit card deposit will movee to complete. The seller, will be aware of this, will know also if the buyer is certified or not and will be able to decide what to do..if ship or delivery anyway or wait...and to wait will be in his rights.....this is a way to combine standard payment processor features with some kind of forced escrow system, without the hassle of the real escrwo that almosts ellers do not like, especially due to the high amount of cash flow needed if you sell products under escrow rules ( you have to spend money to fulfill the order in advance and you will get paid only when order is received from the buyer and the buyer will login and release the funds from the escrow deposit ). sellers could only benefit of this system, and buyers also, because if they are good buyers, the sellers will be confident in shipping products and delivery services immediately when the transaction status will result completed. At the same time this allow the buyer, in the pending timeframe, to better verify the seller's offer and to contact the seller, to make sure that he is buying what he expects.
d - we are here to help and protect both buyers and sellers....even when a transaction have been completed our staff will monitor every step before to compete a withdrawal request, and unverified sellers will have 15 days delay in requesting withdrawals. in this way, almost any buyer will be able to claim against an undelivered product or service before we release the money to the seller, if the seller has requested a withdrawal. Moreover, we will use the same PayPal and Stormpay claim center system to manage refund requests from unsatisfied buyers..but this will never go through credit card chargebacks, because all Credit card transactions are a matter, directly between the depositor and AsianPay, and by user Agreement with the only purpose to Top Up the account and they can not be charged back. This protect sellers even from cheating buyers ( people that make a living on Internet ordering products and services and then denying a delivery and asking to visa or masterCard for a Chargeback ). More protection comes from verified By Visa System and MasterCard secure Code system. These make very difficult the identity theft and fraudolent transactions and nor PayPal, nor Stormpay use this system. This will make sellers much more confident in using asianpay.


Why North-American to use AsianPay:

1 - A couple of reasons are quite interesting
A - Our SWIFT Transfer Services: Thailand is one of the Countries in Asia with better connection with USA Bank System. When we receive transfers from our USA Customers ( doing our export Business ) our Customer order the Transfer in USA morning time, that is night here, and early in our morning we have already the money here: almost 10 hours - 12 hours to get the SWIFT cleared in our account. The same works in the way back from Thailand to USA. It is not wrong to say that our Transfers could be quicker then PayPal transfer sometime.

B - The second reason is much more important. There is a huge market here working both way: Asian people are starting to get involved in many different home business offered from Americans Internet Entrepeneurs but Asian people have a big problem: to collect money here from their earnings in USA businesses. Both PayPal and Stormpay are still far from delivering money worldwide. So why USA businesses has not offer an alternative payment option, if not to cover the USA Customer basis, to get a new huge Customer basis opening their businesses to the Asian Market? Asian people will be pleased to participate in home and small businesses offers, if they have a facility to pay and to receive their earnings directly in their Bank accounts. And this will work also in the other way. Many asian people are now aware of Home Businesses opportunities and many Asian paople owns manufacturing businesses truly oriented to the western market. But they have terrible problems in getting payments here, unless they work only as wholesalers and by containers and offline transactions. Asianpay has this main goal to become a way to develope E-commerce connections between east and west with profitable relationship for both the sides. Now the problem is: there will be "jealous people" trying to kill this process?

Last but not least: we are working hard here to build responsible staffs and professional customer services capable to hold any request. Instead of spending thousands in offices, nice telephones, mega-corporative offices and huge salaries for the board of directors, we are investing in professionality, safety, security of the system, and professional staffs.

Back to PayPal to explain the above: in this first week we have already changed one part of the system and we now allow PayPal to only Thailand Customers ( to help them because they can not get money here from their PayPal accounts). The reason is that we immediately got 5 fraudolent transactions. PayPal system did not recognized them but our system did, 12 hours before PayPal sent us the reversal transaction notice. All the transactions were from PAYPAL VERIFIED ACCOUNTS - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ??

In USA, whom knows PayPal, knows very well that they are still far from protecting you from identity theft, and PayPal members are paying thousasnds every year in services and products delivered to cheaters, in chargebacks fees, in transactions deleted in account frozen. I'm not going to think to compete with the big boys, but if we can do it better.....and we can select our Customers getting the good part of Internet businesses and cutting off the......bad......

I've used these guys for awhile.
They changed their fees buying E-Gold even lower than when I first got in. I use them exclusivly to buy and sell E-Gold.
The Admin has replyed to my tickets very quikly and are very helpful.
This a great processor.

No,but you can use them to fund your E-gold account and most autosurfs and HYIP's use E-Gold.
