Google is updating Ranking

but now again google updating page ranking...

my one website rank decreased

other websites same

what about your ranking situation


i think it take 1 week to complete updating by google

Actually in PR our website is still remain as of before updating by Google in PR. About your website maybe you're trading links to black hat webmaster, that may cause of decreasing your PR of your website.

I am watching a number of sites right now and have not seen any change at this time. In between the PR exports from Google I would not expect any PR changes either increasing or decreasing, hence a PR export could be starting. I think its a little to early for an update, but Google decides when it happen, nobody else.

Anybody else confirm if they have seen changes (or not)?

actually i read at Digitalpoint that Google Set To Change Ranking Algorithm and this time ranking based on content not at backlinks

it take one week to complete google updating so keep your eye open nay time you will see the change

the funny thing this time by google is that itshow totally different result if you check a web with www or without www (at lease show different result for my web vebtools)

Yeah, I know you're not using Black Hat . Maybe your Link Partner use a Black hat technique. Yeah Google had change the algorithm because PR give to website base in how your content and keyword is related.

Yes, because backlink is for gain more traffic to your website. For me PR is not important because I want gain more traffic from my backlinks than waiting a PR given by Google.

For now still PR3 in our website. By the way the algorithm of PR in wikipedia is useless because every week Google changing the PR updates. So Google is much restricted now for giving a PR to website, the example is my Social Bookmarking List now are decrease in PR unlike before their PR is High.

Mine stayed the same at PR3 so I'm quite happy with that. It has definitely been updated though as I've seen changes elsewhere.

Anyone got any articles or news that's more official/solid about how the algorithm is changing to be content based rather than just gossip? No offense, but I'd like to read some more on that that's a bit more of a substantial source than DP chatter. If it really has changed to that, I think that's a great thing. I've always felt content was more important.
