I have seen that many people are selling adword voucher on various forums. I want to know from where they are getting it? Because they are selling 100$ adword voucher for $10.

I think Google might want to know too. Deals like this are too good to be true, do you really believe you can get a legitimate $100 voucher for one tenth of the face value? The first ting I ask is could there be something wrong with them, are they real, already used. If these are legitimate then I would expect the current owner to be using the full value of then, not selling them off at a whopping 90% discount.

Yah i've seen houndreds and to this day I have never got one just for the sole purpose that it sounds like a surreal deal.

They are coming from hosting companies, etc. ( special deals ). Most of them offer these vouchers to get more clients ( as they will need a website ) ..

i tried this myself it worked like a charm.
basically what it does is just simply crawl the web to find valid free adwords credit offers by google.
once you find them you can try to apply and if you're applicable you will get free credits.

its only available for new account tho, usually.

The previous poster is correct. Many hosting companies offer such as voucher when you become a new client and people will simply resell these vouchers on the various webmaster forums.

I agree. Many hosting companies give them so they can't be false. but the truth is I myself dunno where they come from, so no comments on this.

Now a days many webhosting companies giing you free google adword voucher like hostmonster or godaddy etc

beside webhost company, google adword is also come from "Pay to post" forum program. In some PTP forum, you will be paid by "google adword voucher"

Yeah you it seems to be. Give some things in order to get some thing. I too see many of this kinda business but I never bother to go ahead because of lack of credit card. It's totally useless for me.
