Thread: Why arbitration not Legal?

    Default Why arbitration not Legal?

I have seen many publishers being banned because they were using Google arbitration (purchasing cheap traffic from adwords for website which is high paying keyword oriented). I have read Adsense TOS several times, but could not figure out which term is violated, and why Google ban them?
    comming soon

I dont think Adsense arbiterage is illegal. May publishers are still doing it and dont have a problem. I think the publishers which are banned not because they are using arbiterage but because they are using websites which are not compliant to Adsense policies like MFA sites. These sites are made just for the purpose of making money from adsense and have too less content.

I used to think also that arbitration is legal in the past but I read somewhere that its not legal now but I am still confuse about it. Actually I wanted to try my luck with adsense arbitration but now again thinking on this.

You need to look at the sites where you bought advertising.

Then, be sure to contact Google and get clarification and/or have them reconsider their decision.

    Good luck.

There have been a lot of confusion over these things now. I think it is illegal to some extent as many of my friends have got banned by them.

I am not sure that such arbitration are mentioned in their TOS or may be a string was attached to their TOS regarding this.
