How does Google treat back links coming from different country domains?

Suppose I want to optimize my page in UK, now having in mind about the most important factor that is relevancy, I'm getting back links from relevant pages but these pages have domains of other countries or you can say these pages are getting traffic from other countries (neither the domain is relevant nor the traffic is coming from targeted country).

Now if I get back links from those pages (From other country domains but relevant pages) then will Google optimize my page in that specific country from where I'm getting back links?

If you have backlinks from pages that are based on your targeted country, that would weight more if want to rank on that country.

I am not a SEO expert, but I believe Google will optimize your page in that particular country from where you are getting back links. However, suichiro is right here. Your website's back links should be more targeted.

Yes. Getting links from a specific country will mean your site is popular in that country so therefore G will give your site a higher ranking in that country's data center.
