Yes Mark Booker, I also agree with you for off page optimization one or two week minimum day to wait. And There are many article websites on the web like articlebiz, ezinearticles etc but other activity also important to get quality link building. And my friend seo is time consuming process. You can get high rank position on the Google search engine in 48 hours but it's for limited time or for small time not permanent ranking.

No its not possible to get a good rank within 48 hours. Even if there would some changes, it would be temporary. In order to get a good ranking, you have to continuously do the SEO and wait for at least 15-20 days before you would start to see the results of your work.
