I think submit your article/blog content in High PR social bookmarking and within a minute it will indexed. Just wait for 1 week to 1 month the see if your targeting keyword is top ranking in Search Engine. Take note this: Don't spam a High Social Bookmarking to prevent of fluctuating your keywords.

You should first check the competition of your targeted keywords and focus on 2 to 3 your targeted keywords first, if you are doing some common task then your all keywords of that page would be promoted but if you are doing specific, where keywords is the limit then focus on your targeted keywords.

Hey there is no any shortcut way to get top ranking.
Because it will take some time to crawl you work. For fast crawling do forum posting, blog commenting, press release submission, article submission.
But do remember it should be related with your domain, do follow with pr.
