This is a joke I heard today from a friend:

A woman is having a baby, and it finally comes out. She's all happy and smiling, when the doctor grabs the baby by the umbilical cord and swings it around the room.
The baby hits corners and there's blood everywhere with bits of baby hanging around.
The woman breaks down and cries, and asks, "Why did you do that?! My baby...!"
The doctor says, "April Fools! The baby was dead anyways!"
