If you mean these forums they are just a forum called Vbulletin, You can get them for free in some places. If you are talking abotu a website connected to these forums that I haven't seen yet I don't know :?

Thats really cool. Its like its a game inside a website. The little guy runs around and takes you to the content you want to see.

Although it looks nice, some people might want easier access to the inforamtion the website is distrubuting, so I wouldn't recommend it for a professional/proper/buisness website. Unless the goal of your website i s to entertain
