Hurricane Rita
For those of you on the other side of the pond, this is what we are working with:
Quote by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff in regards to Hurricane Rita:
“The lesson is that when the storm hits, the best place to be is out of the path of the storm.”
It took Katrina for them to arrive at this conclusion.

I know one who lives in Houston, he's still there.
Luckily, Rita did not touch Houston.
I'm so happy for that at least.
And Rita has been downgraded to class 4, at least something good.

that kind of sucks that new orleans got flooded again. a few of the levies broke and started reflooding the place, but hopefully they get in under control. any idea what it will do to the texan coast?

Isn't or wasn't it head for the same place the other hurricane hit? What I wanna know is why they build New Orleans under the sea level. meh, well I couldn't exactly care about the hurricanes. And about the looters in the first hurricane, I noticed nearly all of them were black.
