High temp of my notebook

Hello averyone.
In august at this year, I buy compaq-notebook AMD Athlon 3000MHZ with 1 gb of ram.
All just great.. laptop fast work, good matrix monitor, but motebook have very high temperature!!
i find list of some device laptop-notebook-accessory as call.. for cooling
How you thinks ZALMAN nodebook-coolant is good product or antec-notebook-cooler?

Or I thinks sell this laptop and buy other like asus-notebook.. I search in Internet notebook-sale and some other cheap-notebook-accessory

unfortunately that is the bad problem with the Compaq's. Be warned, don't even bother trying to upgrade the memory, mine burnt the memory and tried 3 times to upgrade with no success. The thing used to burn my leg when I'd sit with it on my lap. Then, the laptop will get slow as molasses and the cooling fan would run like crazy. It's a horrible laptop, I hated it. Thank God, my dog knocked the laptop over and cracked the screen, and I was forced to buy a new HP Pavillion which is the best laptop on the market !!!!

I say that you go ask the product distributor on any remedy for it or better yet go to the website of the manufacturer and ask them there for help or any remedy to make it better.
