    Default Contest rules

I noticed that the contest rules state that each post gets 5 points and each thread gets 10 points? Why is that? It will get a lot of threads but believe me very few will be answered. That will effect the quality of the forum and distract new members.

As you can all see, we are seeing some useless topics with no description and random stuff most of the times.

Who else thinks I am right? Should the admin changes these rules?

no i think he wants them that way. topics in a way are much more valuable then posts, especially for displaying stats of your forum. besides commenting on a new toic is easy, creating a new thread atleast takes some thought.

First of all, consider yourself as a visitor. You look at the stats and you see that there are 1000 threads but when you check the categories you see that the maximum amount of replies to the threads are one or two. Some even go unnoticed. Is that good?

Also, no creating new threads doesn't require anymore thought. I can give you example of several useless threads that even a kid in Madagascar can come up with.

well fist of, whats wrong with kid's in Madagascar?
second, it's very easy to fill forums with posts...you just need topics. if there is a topic with no replies, people will reply in time.
