Anyone ever order from their website? if not, don't

I ordered a Razer Charcarious from their website, received it defective, sent it back, a week later sent them an email asking when I'll get my exchange, then they tell me they never received it, so now I had to go through fedex, getting proof of delivery, and all this other crap, and they might not even reimburse me, so if not thats 90 dollars down the drain

long story short: if your going to get any Razer gear for your computer, get it from bestbuy or something, don't order it from razerzone lol

lol I've had problems like this with every kind of online store. I ended up buying my Lachesis in a store, though I can't remember which one...

It's just dumb, I sent it to the address they told me to, which is the same one it came from, and I have a signature verifying that someone received it, if I don't get reimbursed, I'll talk to my bank about reporting a fraud case -.- and yes I know many people use their product and order from them lol

Wow it's hurt things...and also because we're know razer is an expensive things.
I want it to playing games, because it's so comfortable in hand.
Ok i will be careful in choosing seller.
