Every forum has staff, moderators or admins well every forum needs a group called The Team those people manage the forum. But there are many forums who don't have a good team and because of that don't gain success.

Oh I got it!! Well admin team is important part of any forums, buts i personally think that the real power of any web or forum is member who participate in forums activities. with out good members the forums can not run.. and after the time go the good members become the part of that forum mods.

the team is important of course. in a way its a teamwork of members and staff.

I believe Team work is important for most of the place, IMO the success rate would be very high if you have good team and their tuning is fine.
