Spam prevention on phpBB forum

When building a web site. Sometime it may need a forum to discuss some stuffs on the site. It may got spams over time.

Wow, that is pretty simple yet effective. The only thing I'm concerned is how fast these spambot coders will code around these protections, even if different forums utilize different questions. In addition with that, CAPTCHA and some sort of forum anti-spam program (I believe phpBB has one) are a must to any bustling forum.

Very effective tool, but it seems that my forum also has a very effective spam protection tool. I use a forum from freeforums.org and I never have to deal with any spambot problems. They don't even attempt to register on my forum. I guess quite a few of them come with effective spam protection these days.

I seriously needed this for long now. However, since i saw option to get help from hostbidder itself, i would prefer this. Let me gain some points first.
