The next contest $$$

Hi,

I was thinking and well.. a couple ideas came to mind; what do you all think about...

A.) Having another referral contest (but with a catch) this one will award (1) the top referrer and (2) the referrer who referred a member with the most amount of posts and threads.... each winning a decient award fee. (something like $100)

B.) Having an seo contest (still unsure of how to do this) I was kinda thinking that I would allow the first 10 entries and award the top 3 entries with a nice $$$ award based on the serp results provided by their sites. As for the sites they make; they could either keep them or we could have a "Profitable Webmaster Contest" and raffle them away to members of PromoJunkie... Anyone else have some input on this?

I'd go for the first one since I know nothing about SEO and didn't understand the suggestion, ha! I waited to read it again to see if it was any clearer but it wasn't.

"the referrer who referred a member with the most amount of posts and threads", I would prefer to be "the referrer of the member with the best quality posts and threads." Both the referrer and the member should get a prize.

Quality over quantity every time for me. Otherwise I'll be chasing my tail trying to keep on top of junk.

and if for instance, the second one will be conducted, what dyou think is the niche that we could work around?

the rrefer contest is very hard to win at this stage (3rd time) all of my and some other members refered here... so just diffecult to win.. thats why only 2 member take participate last contest..

I think I will pass both the contest , because I know the result. Its so simple person who signup at last day using proxy will win it. I would suggest better is 1) most quality thread starter contest. 2) most no of quality posts contest
