how do we know the item is sold out?

i'd tried to redeem but the item was all sold out.
is there a link to know whether what item we would aim to redeem
since we don't know which item is available without the right amount of points.

Hi,

I believe you are referring to the special items, in this case they are as stated, "Specials" and are added to the forum from time to time. More or less you will need to just keep checking back to see if we have any specials in stock to redeem. As for the right amount of points, it will tell you if you have enough points to redeem an item in the shop. To view this information just select an item and it will display this below the item letting you know how many points it costs and how many points you have.
