I had lost out my 1 item of $5. I dnt knw whether it has been sold out or it has been deleted from my shop list.

Currently the only $5 cash payout option we have available (which is a special) is listed right here:
Webmaster Forum - Shop

NOTE: The shop will let you know if you have enough points to redeem an item.

After purchasing an item i will personally contact you regarding payment.

but i had not purchased an item of $5 and still it has been removed from payout list. So please tell me whether my $5 is been deleted or what...? Even there is no amount in my paypal. So where did my $5 payout cash went ?

dude, the $5 special for post points is not being sold anymore, so it has been removed from the list.
