BASE Jumping: free expression or public danger?

BASE Jumping possesses all the challenges of an extreme sport. Unlike many other extreme sports, however, BASE Jumping can be dangerous to more than the participants, with BASE Jumping targets such as the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks.

Ofcourse if the base jumping is properly take care of , like the safety features then its fun or else for sure its danger to public safety, i have heard of an incident where the rope was broken and the guy fall down, miraculously he survived with minor injuries.
